Shield Health is hiring friendly, dependable RNs, LPNs, and LVNs to speak with patients by phone and help them enroll in chronic care support available through their physician’s office.
This is not traditional cold calling. You’ll speak with eligible patients from established physician practices who may benefit from additional support between office visits.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with English- and Spanish-speaking patients by phone
- Explain available chronic care support clearly and comfortably
- Answer questions and help interested patients enroll
- Document patient conversations accurately
- Work independently toward clear performance goals
What You’ll Need
- An active RN, LPN, or LVN license
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Comfort spending much of the workday on the phone
- A quiet, private workspace with reliable internet
- The ability to stay organized and productive while working remotely
Previous remote nursing, patient outreach, telephone nursing, or chronic care management experience is helpful but not required. We provide the training and tools you need to succeed.
Schedule and Compensation
This position is designed for approximately 30–40 hours per week. After orientation, you may build your schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Compensation is $21–$27 per hour, based on licensure and performance, with additional incentive opportunities available. Training and orientation are paid. After training, compensation is productivity-based, with clear and achievable performance goals.
