Konnectd is a growing SaaS platform serving mortgage professionals. We’re hiring a client-facing team member who enjoys working with customers, learning systems, and owning relationships.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines onboarding, ongoing support, and account ownership. You’ll run onboarding and support calls, help clients get value from the platform, and manage support requests between meetings.
What you’ll do
- Run Zoom onboarding and support calls
- Help clients adopt workflows, automations, and tools
- Handle inbound customer support requests between calls
- Keep accounts organized and issues moving forward
- Build long-term relationships with assigned clients
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills (Zoom, email, chat)
- Comfortable learning software and workflows
- Organized, dependable, and self-directed
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Comfortable owning issues end-to-end, not just handing them off
Mortgage, CRM, or SaaS experience is a plus, not required.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
