Enrollment Correspondence Policy Specialist
Job Description
The Associate Correspondence Analyst serves as a technical resource responsible for building or revising review system content related to criteria and/or correspondence. This role reviews and uncovers potential criteria and/or correspondence issues and serves as an initial information resource for questions and issues surrounding criteria and/or correspondence activities.
Responsibilities

Complete content build and revisions related to criteria and/or correspondence intake requests to ensure review tools are available when expected

Provide first line technical resource for questions related to criteria and/or correspondence tools and processes

Research and provide feedback on intake requests to build or revise tools based on findings
-
Assist in the gathering, documenting, and implementation of requirements for new and future system enhancements

Collaborate with the Criteria and Correspondence Analyst team to identify and implement process and performance improvement initiatives

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

Additional Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency in basic office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)

Proficiency in learning new platforms (e.g., Criteria building platforms, One Notes, Adobe professional, Outlook, Clinical Review Engine (CRE))

Ability to be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision

Demonstrated organizational, analytical, interpretive, and time management skills

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

National Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB or ExCPT (CPhT)

Potential pay for this position ranges from $23.08 - $37.02 based on experience and skills.
