Workday Recruiting Analyst
This role is responsible for owning and advancing the organization's use of the Workday Recruiting module. The individual will act as the primary functional expert for recruiting-related configuration and operations, ensuring the system effectively supports hiring teams from requisition creation through offer execution. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and technology partners, this position focuses on usability, process efficiency, compliance, and long-term scalability of the recruiting platform.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting HR systems, with direct Workday Recruiting configuration responsibility.
• Experience supporting recruiting processes across multiple regions, including awareness of data privacy and regulatory
considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to configure recruiting workflows such as career sites, requisitions, application steps, and offer
processes.
• Experience supporting or coordinating integrations with third-party recruiting vendors is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with others.
• Proven track record of owning systems, driving improvements, and delivering reliable outcomes.
