GA Rogers & Associates has partnered with an Addison, Texas client seeking a Systems Analyst to own and support their Enterprise and Corporate Performance Management (EPM/CPM) platforms.
This role serves as the primary point of ownership for the systems Finance relies on for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
You’ll balance hands-on platform administration with solution design, enhancements, and user enablement—helping ensure close and planning cycles run smoothly while continuously improving how data flows through the business.

Compensation: $100,000-$130,000

What You’ll Do
Own the Platform (Administration & Reliability)
- Manage user access, security roles, metadata, and day-to-day system maintenance
- Monitor system performance, job schedules, integrations, and refresh routines
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and work with internal teams or vendor support when needed
- Maintain documentation, standards, and change management to keep updates clean and controlled
Build and Improve (Implementation & Enhancements)
- Support implementations, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts
- Configure models, dimensions, forms, workflows, and calculation logic
- Translate Finance needs into practical system solutions that hold up over time
- Coordinate UAT, validate results, and support smooth releases into production
Strengthen the Architecture (Data & Integration Support)
- Support integration design and data flow between ERP, HR, and reporting sources
- Assist with mapping, reconciliation, and data quality checks to ensure trusted results
- Maintain traceability from source data to final outputs for consistent reporting and audit readiness
Deliver What Finance Needs (Reporting & Analytics)
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, variance views, and KPI tracking
- Improve reporting consistency by standardizing definitions and logic across teams
- Enable self-service where possible through templates, shared datasets, and guidance
Enable the Business (Support & Training)
- Act as the primary support partner for Finance users during close and planning cycles
- Create training materials and job aids that reduce repeat questions and manual workarounds
- Provide day-to-day support with a focus on practical fixes and long-term stability
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 3+ years supporting EPM/CPM platforms and finance systems
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes (planning, forecasting, reporting cycles)
- Comfortable with system administration: security, metadata, workflows, and data management
- Strong ability to turn business requirements into working system solutions
- Experience building or supporting finance reporting (dashboards, KPIs, variance analysis)
- Able to work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors
Preferred Experience
- EPM/CPM tools such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, SAP BPC, CCH Tagetik
- Experience supporting ETL/integrations and data pipelines
- SQL familiarity and comfort working with data tables, mappings, and validations
- BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of audit controls, governance, and release discipline
