About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager – Transformation to drive our most critical enterprise-wide change initiatives. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that requires strategic thinking, flawless execution, and an ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
This role will work directly with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to translate vision into actionable programs, ensure alignment across the business, and keep transformation workstreams on track, on budget, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role
Program Management Leadership – Oversee planning, execution, and governance for multiple transformation workstreams across brand, strategy, technology integration, and organizational culture.
Cross-Functional Coordination – Partner with Marketing, Strategy, Technology, HR, and Operations leaders to ensure milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are met.
Systems Integration Oversight – Work closely with IT and business leaders on ERP, CRM, HCM, and related platform migrations to ensure a seamless transition.
Change Management – Collaborate with HR and Communications to drive adoption, build cultural alignment, and mitigate resistance.
Visualization & Communication – Develop clear program roadmaps, dashboards, process maps, and executive updates to provide visibility on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and interdependencies; develop mitigation plans.
Executive Engagement – Support steering committee meetings, prepare briefing materials, and synthesize complex updates into concise recommendations.
Qualifications/Experience & Education
5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale transformation, M&A integration, or enterprise change initiatives.
Proven success leading multi-workstream programs spanning brand, technology, and organizational change.
High EQ and exceptional interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure to unstructured environments.
Expertise with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or equivalent) and visualization tools (Miro, Lucidchart, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated experience creating process maps, workstream dashboards, and executive-ready materials.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect program objectives to strategic and operational outcomes.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional stakeholders
Proven success presenting insights to senior executives and creating executive-ready materials
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, etc.) is a plus
This position has a starting salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employee’s pay within the range is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, education, qualifications, experience, performance, business or organizational needs, and geographic location.
