Lead enhancement and delivery of a Workday-focused talent development program managing timelines, cohorts, resources, and deliverables
Collaborate with internal leaders, Workday practitioners, instructors, and external partners to align program content with real-world needs
Lead and support participants throughout the program , including client placement ; f oster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement while holding high standards for demonstrated competence
Create feedback loops, coaching moments, and development plans that accelerate readiness , confidence, and performance

Here’s what you can expect as part of our team:
The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $110 ,000 - $150,000 . Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
