So, what's this Customer Success Representative (CSR) role all about?
Picture this: You're the ultimate retention champion and account growth strategist. Your mission? To keep our customers thriving and coming back year after year while identifying opportunities to expand their success with us. You'll own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewals, upgrades, and upsells.
Let's get down to the daily deeds
- Be the customer's personal sidekick, always ready with a solution or a witty one-liner
- Juggle accounts, tasks, and meetings like a pro using HubSpot and Google Suite
- Onboard new customers with enthusiasm and set them up for long-term success
- Conduct success reports and meet or exceed expected KPIs (retention rate and account expansion)
- Own the renewal process and hit those retention targets like you're playing a video game (high scores encouraged!)
- Drive account expansion through strategic upsells and upgrades by consistently showing customers how awesome our software training products are
- Generate quotes and proposals for renewals, upgrades, and additional services
- Set up new business opportunities for our Account Executives (teamwork makes the dream work!)
- Collaborate with our support team to tackle any issues. The attitude to see no problem is too big or small.
- Contribute to PR efforts through referral and testimonial capturing (time to show off those friend-making skills!)
About you (AKA our dream teammate):
- You've got proven Customer Success or Account Management experience in software/SaaS (2+ years required)
- You've carried a renewal quota and consistently hit retention targets (90%+ retention rate strongly preferred)
- You have a track record of driving upsells, upgrades, and account expansion
- You're comfortable generating quotes and proposals for renewals and growth opportunities
- Tech doesn't scare you, you're savvy with computers and CRM programs
- Your communication skills are on point, both written and verbal
- You can juggle tasks like a circus performer (great time management and organizational skills)
- You're hungry to discover and help identify growth opportunities
- You're comfortable behind the camera (you will have to show those pearly whites in videos and meetings with our customers)
- You thrive in a fast paced environment where multitasking is the name of the game
- You geek out about technology and software, and you're pumped to join a fast-growing company!

Monday through Friday, 8:30-5 EST, no weekends (yes, you read that right!)
