Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Consultation: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Analytics Development: Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions.
Workday Reporting/Analytics Configuration: Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, and other people analytics tools as needed. Provide training and troubleshoot issues on these tools.
Workday Functional Configuration: Assist with configuration needs within the core HCM Workday modules. Work with the configuration team on enhancements and upgrades to existing configuration, assist with testing efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot complex system, process and data issues.
Standards & Governance: Establish and maintain standards for people analytics, collaborating with HR partners to centralize metric definitions.
Privacy & Security: Partner with HR, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, and Legal to uphold data privacy and security standards.
Mentorship: Guide HR stakeholders on best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and/or People Analytics and (optionally/preferred) experience with Workday functional configuration.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with testing cycles, and activities related to HR system enhancements, changes and upgrades. Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders. Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite. Continuous improvement mindset.
