Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Workday dashboards, reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism, and/or People Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience designing and implementing dashboards in other analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Project management experience with multiple priorities and stakeholders. Familiarity with configuration of the full Workday HCM suite. Continuous improvement mindset.
