Engagement Overview
We are seeking a Workday People Analytics Professional to support a Phase X implementation for a leading healthcare organization. This is a short-term, high-impact engagement designed for a certified Workday sClientialist who can hit the ground running and deliver outcomes with minimal ramp time.
This role is ideal for a consultant who thrives in execution-heavy environments, can operate autonomously, and brings strong domain depth in Workday People Analytics—healthcare experience is a strong differentiator.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Phase X implementation of Workday People Analytics
- Configure, test, and optimize People Analytics dashboards and reports
- Partner with HR, People Analytics, and IT stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Translate business questions into actionable insights and data models
- Troubleshoot data quality, security, and reporting issues
- Ensure alignment with Workday best practices and healthcare compliance considerations
- Deliver clean documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams
Required Qualifications
- Active Workday People Analytics Certification (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Workday People Analytics implementations
- Strong functional and reporting expertise within Workday
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, outcome-driven delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience (highly valued)
- Prior Phase X or post-go-live optimization experience
- Experience partnering with HR leadership and analytics teams
- Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $64.45 - $77.61 per hour
