Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Compensation for a contract role in Irvine, California. This role is crucial in ensuring the company's compensation structures remain competitive and compliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and HR analytics, with the ability to support a variety of compensation-related tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, implementation, and administration of salary structures and incentive plans to maintain market competitiveness and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in the annual and mid-year compensation review processes by preparing analyses, validating data, and supporting HR and leadership with compensation recommendations.
- Provide analytical support and guidance to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation-related matters.
- Participate in compensation surveys, analyze market data, and prepare benchmarking reports to inform compensation program updates.
- Assist in administering bonus plans and maintaining bonus accrual models to support financial forecasting.
- Support administration of annual equity grants and releases.
- Assist with administration of the deferred compensation plan, including annual enrollment coordination and payout scheduling.
- Support the recognition program and platform in collaboration with the Total Rewards team and operations leaders.
- Perform compensation-related data audits and support bi-weekly payroll audit processes.
- Conduct compensation analyses and support special projects including incentive design, job evaluations, and pay equity reviews.
- Collaborate with HR and performance management teams to align compensation practices with performance outcomes and career progression.
- Support the Director of Total Rewards in identifying opportunities to enhance compensation programs based on market trends, business needs, and associate feedback.
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of experience in compensation, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards with a strong grasp of best practices and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with adept use of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using Workday or other HRIS is preferred.
- Certified Compensation Professional is a plus.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
