Workday Integration Lead/Architect
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining integration strategies, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external systems, and driving best practices for scalable and secure integration solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in Workday integration tools, architecture design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Workday Integrations (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
- Hands-on expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques
- Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven)
- Experience in data mapping, data migration, and transformation
- Knowledge of Workday security model and data privacy practices
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
Workday Solution Architect ,Workday HCM and/or Financials modules Deep knowledge of Core HCM (Hire, Terminate, Org structures) Data flow design between systems, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data loads/extracts
