Certified Workday Financial Consultant – Workday Financials Domain
Location: 100% Remote
Role Overview
We are seeking a Certified Workday Financial Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Financials modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end financial processes, working closely with business stakeholders, and delivering scalable financial solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate business requirements into functional solutions, support system implementations, and ensure seamless financial operations. The candidate will also play a key role in testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
·Configure, implement, and support Workday Financials modules
·Gather business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
·Manage end-to-end financial processes within the Workday platform
·Perform system testing, support UAT, and assist in production deployments
·Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
·Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams
·Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency

Required Qualifications
·Active Workday Financials Certification (Mandatory)
·Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes
·Experience in Workday implementation and/or support projects
·Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules
·Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
·End-to-end Workday implementation experience
·Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs)
·Strong reporting and analytics expertise
Experience
·3+ years of relevant Workday Financials experience (flexible based on expertise)
