Hiring: Workday Finance Implementation Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Project Manager to lead a full lifecycle ERP implementation. This role will drive planning, execution, and successful delivery of Workday Financials while partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance and IT.
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Northeast USA)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementation
- Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and external partners
- Oversee data migration, testing (UAT, E2E), and deployment
- Drive stakeholder communication and change management
- Ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support
Required Experience
- 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Strong experience with Workday Financials implementation
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Expertise in Financial Accounting, FDM, and core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
Preferred
- Workday certification
- Experience with integrations (EIB, Studio, Prism)
- PMP / Agile certifications
