Job Summary

Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Manage employment documentation, contracts, and compliance with employment & labor law standards
- Support campus recruitment initiatives by engaging with universities and participating in career fairs
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular communication and updates throughout the hiring process
Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including executive recruiting and internal recruiting processes
- Strong negotiation skills to extend offers and close candidates effectively
- Expertise in HR sourcing techniques, social media management for talent lead generation, and research methods for talent mapping
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems like Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Greenhouse
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via cold calling, relationship management, and employee relations discussions
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices
- Experience with onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
