About the Role
Our HR Practice is growing, and we’re looking for HRIS Analysts who bring real depth, the kind built from years of leading implementations and navigating complex HR ecosystems.
These part-time and full-time consulting roles offer flexibility by design. Engagements typically run 3–6 months, span multiple industries, and focus on interim HRIS leadership, special projects, and system strategy. You set the pace. We connect you to the work.
What the Work Looks Like
- HRIS strategy, optimization, and system implementations across platforms including Dayforce, Workday, ADP, UKG, and comparable systems
- Full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional integrations
- Configuration across Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Time & Attendance
- Data integrity, reporting, and analytics that inform HR and business decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
- Stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into scalable system solutions
Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with Director- or Manager-level background (or equivalent depth as a senior individual contributor)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system functionality
- Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and deliver in dynamic environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with multiple concurrent engagements
- Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
- Curious, collaborative, and systems-minded
