We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist with 3+ years of experience in handling US-based onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with US regulations, and delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for US-based employees/clients
- Coordinate with candidates to collect required documentation (I-9, W-4, ID proofs, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies
- Initiate and track background verification and drug screening processes
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and compliance teams for seamless onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (ATS/HRIS)
- Communicate onboarding status updates to stakeholders
- Address candidate queries and resolve onboarding-related issues
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding within defined SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in US onboarding / HR operations
- Strong understanding of US employment documentation and compliance
- Experience with ATS/HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $51,110.95 - $61,552.97 per year
