HRIS Associate
We’re looking for an HRIS Associate to support and enhance Workday and Greenhouse Recruiting. You’ll partner with HR, Recruiting, and technical teams to keep systems running smoothly, improve processes, and deliver reliable reporting and support.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR and recruiting processes in Workday and Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, fields, workflows, and integrations.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, Technology, Compliance, and Finance on system updates, data requests, and process improvements.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for HR and leadership.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor integrations, and help test major system releases.
- Create user guides and deliver training to HR and recruiting teams.
- Perform regular audits to maintain data quality, controls, and privacy compliance.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of Workday experience (HCM, business processes, reporting, security, integrations/EIB).
- Hands-on Greenhouse Recruiting administration and integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR and recruiting operations.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication, strong organization, and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information.
