Role Description
This is a contract role for a Workday HCM & Benefits Consultant based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work model allowing some work from home. In this role, the consultant will be responsible for configuring and managing Workday HCM and benefits modules, supporting benefits administration, advising clients on employee benefits strategies, and ensuring effective implementation of solutions. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating across teams to meet client goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits management
- Expertise in Consulting and advising clients on benefits strategies
- Knowledge of Insurance and related benefits processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and benefits modules
- Ability to manage hybrid working arrangements effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous consulting experience in HR systems or benefits management is advantageous
