Hiring: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruitment team and help deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or administrative support experience
• Experience with Workday and recruiting automation tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, Sterling, and recruiting systems
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across multiple teams
• Track employee referrals and process payments
• Prepare offer letters/contracts and initiate background checks
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout recruitment
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting
• Identify process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Support TA operations, vendor onboarding, and ticketing requests
