We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced corporate Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding support, and HR systems administration.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Support recruiters and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Create offer letters and initiate background checks for new hires
- Monitor onboarding activities to ensure completion and compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within Workday and other systems
- Track employee referrals and support referral payment processing
- Generate recruiting and hiring reports as requested
- Support TA operations, vendor onboarding, and invoice processing
- Manage Talent Acquisition ticketing requests and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain and update recruiting process documentation and internal resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or HR coordination experience
- Experience using Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms
- Strong interview scheduling and calendar management experience
- Experience supporting onboarding, offer letters, and background checks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Previous experience in corporate or high-volume recruiting environments preferred
