Our client is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Consultant to join a growing consulting environment focused on delivering high-quality Workday solutions and strategic advisory support to SMB and mid-market organizations.
This is a highly client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys partnering directly with stakeholders, leading conversations around Workday HCM best practices, and supporting functional configuration and business process optimization initiatives.

The position is heavily focused on Workday HCM functional consulting, including business processes, configuration, and client advisory work. Exposure to Workday Financials is considered a plus but is not required.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Workday HCM functionality and best practices
- Lead client-facing discussions focused on HR processes, system optimization, and operational improvements
- Support Workday HCM configuration and business process design activities
- Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions
- Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, testing, and solution discussions
- Provide functional expertise across the employee lifecycle including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence
- Help clients maximize the value of their Workday investment through process improvements and system optimization
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of Workday HCM consulting experience
- Strong functional expertise with Workday business processes and configuration
- Proven client-facing consulting and advisory experience
- Experience leading stakeholder conversations and gathering business requirements
- Strong understanding of HR operations and HCM workflows
- Ability to balance configuration work with strategic client interaction
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or managed services environments preferred
- Exposure to Workday Financials is a plus
- Workday certifications highly preferred

Please note: the client is seeking candidates who are comfortable being onsite approximately 6 days per month, typically structured as 3 days onsite across two separate weeks each month.
