Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent using HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems, training & development initiatives, and succession planning efforts to support career growth.
- Administer benefits programs, payroll processing through platforms like Paychex or ADP, and workers' compensation claims to ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
- Lead employee relations efforts by resolving conflicts effectively, managing workplace investigations, and fostering an inclusive environment aligned with affirmative action planning.
- Implement HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for efficient data collection, workforce management, and strategic planning.
- Drive organizational design projects and change management initiatives that support business transformation while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruiting strategies, employee relations, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms including Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with ATS like iCIMS or Taleo; experience with payroll systems such as Paychex or ADP.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with project management capabilities to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for workforce development, organization design, and affirmative action planning.
- Strong administrative skills including data collection, data entry accuracy, contract management, and social media management related to employer branding efforts.

Pay: $99,517.96 - $119,849.59 per year
