Duties
- Oversee human capital management processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing employee evaluation to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration systems such as Workday, ADP, or Paychex to support employee well-being.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations by maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits.
- Lead change management initiatives and assist in organization design projects to support strategic planning and workforce development.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management techniques and fostering open communication channels.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills, support succession planning, and promote continuous learning across teams.
- Utilize HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft for data collection, data entry, reporting, and HR analytics to inform decision-making.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles including employment law, affirmative action planning, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Taleo for recruiting efforts; experience with social media management for talent sourcing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey policies, procedures, and expectations at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills to lead multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with benefits administration tools like Kronos, UltiPro, Paylocity or Dayforce; experience with payroll systems such as Ceridian or ADP is advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Pay: $50.00 - $77,111.95 per hour
