We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and providing administrative support throughout the recruiting process.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, can effectively manage competing priorities, and has experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business lines and hiring teams
- Manage a high-volume interview calendar, often supporting 70+ interviews per week
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and interview teams to ensure efficient scheduling and communication
- Manage interview logistics including calendar invitations, conference rooms, virtual meeting links, and candidate communications
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment onboarding activities
- Generate recruiting reports and provide scheduling metrics as needed
- Support recruiting operations initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 1+ years of Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Acquisition support experience
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders
