Insurance Placement Solutions (IPS) has an immediate opening for an HRIS Analyst with our client. This is a remote contract opportunity for candidates located in the Minnesota Twin Cities Metro or Southwest Metro area. This role is expected to work approximately 30–35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is intended to provide temporary coverage for an associate on medical leave.
HRIS Analyst Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday functionality, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, fields, and security settings
- Support system enhancements, releases, and testing efforts
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliation processes
- Assist with integrations, data loads, and system interfaces as needed
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on HRIS Workday system administration or support experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Workday Experience
- Workday Integrations experience, including CCB, preferred
- Workday Payroll experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
