For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Talent Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $240,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead the global Talent Acquisition function across a diverse team
- Align workforce plans and hiring strategies with senior leaders and HR partners
- Implement and optimize Workday Recruiting to ensure effective recruiting workflows
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Develop an AI-enhanced sourcing strategy to strengthen talent pipelines
- Drive recruiting process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish metrics to track and evaluate recruiting success and process health
Qualifications
- 10+ years leading talent acquisition with a track record of achieving hiring goals
- Strong business partnership skills to align hiring strategies with organizational needs
- Deep knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting technologies, especially Workday Recruiting
- Familiarity with AI solutions that enhance recruiting efficiency and quality
- Expertise in data-driven decision making and talent analytics
- Ability to lead change management initiatives within recruiting processes
