For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Benefits to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This leader will shape and execute the global benefits strategy in support of a growing, international workforce. The role will oversee program design, governance, and compliance while ensuring offerings are competitive, well-managed, and aligned with business needs. You will partner closely with Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to improve employee experience, manage costs, and support organizational growth across multiple regions.
Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $211,000 – $338,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Architect and assess global health and well-being programs to enhance employee engagement
- Administer fiduciary governance and compliance for U.S. 401(k) and international audits
- Partner with Finance on healthcare cost forecasting and vendor performance optimization
- Drive benefits integration during mergers and acquisitions and establish frameworks for new markets
- Lead global communication strategies for open enrollment and employee education
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of global benefits management experience in complex settings
- Strong financial oversight and fiduciary governance capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership in mergers and acquisitions integration of benefits programs
- Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR
- Experience with HR technology, specifically Workday or similar systems
