Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Developer and Administrator with a strong foundation in Java development. This role focuses on developing and customizing ERP solutions such as Oracle-GL, Workday, or SAP to enhance business processes and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP solutions using Java and associated technologies to enhance functionality and business processes.
- Integrate ERP systems with other business applications using API-led connectivity to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.
- Administer, configure, and manage ERP systems, ensuring optimized performance and user satisfaction.
- Lead ERP upgrades and migrations, ensuring strategies are in place to minimize system downtime and data loss.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the ERP environment.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand user needs and implement system enhancements.
- Provide robust documentation and user guides for developed features and integrations, ensuring support teams and users can understand and utilize new functionalities effectively.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits for coding and design.
- Train end-users and technical support staff as necessary on new ERP functionalities and developments.
- Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in ERP & Development roles
- Proven experience in Java development, especially in building and maintaining ERP systems.
- Expert knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle-GL, Workday, or SAP.
- Experience with system architecture and design, particularly within ERP environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP implementations.
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP) and understanding of data interchange formats such as XML and JSON.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
