Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday or UltiPro for tracking applicants and maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitate employee evaluations and provide insights on candidate performance.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by promoting career advancement opportunities within the organization.
- Assist in training development initiatives to enhance employee onboarding experiences.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and tools.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, or Paychex.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of employee evaluation processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with training development concepts is a plus.
