Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, adept at managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and internal staffing initiatives. The Recruiter will play a vital role in strengthening our talent acquisition efforts and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management and relationship building.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct sourcing activities through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging platforms like Salesforce, HRIS, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, and Paychex to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and extending employment contracts.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans aligned with succession planning and talent acquisition goals.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations during all stages of recruitment and employment processes.
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and participate in job fairs to attract emerging talent.
- Manage employee relations related to hiring processes and support HR functions such as employee evaluation and training & development programs.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance relationship management efforts and improve overall candidate experience.
Skills
- Proven expertise in recruiting techniques including executive recruiting, internal recruiting, campus recruitment, HR sourcing, and talent management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close offers effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft; HRIS platforms like UltiPro; payroll systems including ADP & Paychex; time management tools like Kronos; and social media management for sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via cold calling, relationship management, and conducting interviews.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to utilize research techniques for lead generation and talent pool expansion.
- Experience with training & development initiatives related to onboarding or skill enhancement programs.
- Proficiency in using platforms such as Salesforce for relationship management and lead generation activities. Pay: $50,601.73 - $80,000.00 per year
