Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing ATS platforms like Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and Taleo to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews, leveraging strong interviewing skills to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent management solutions.
- Source candidates proactively through social media management, cold calling, research, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as SAP PeopleSoft, Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, and HRIS tools for data management and reporting.
- Lead employer branding efforts by managing social media channels and developing talent pipelines for succession planning.
- Support employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Skills
- Proven expertise in recruiting techniques including executive recruiting, internal recruiting, and sales-driven lead generation.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
- Deep understanding of HR sourcing methods and employment & labor law compliance.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, and Workday; familiarity with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft and UltiPro.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates via social media management, cold calling, and relationship management.
- Experience in technical recruiting across various industries with an emphasis on talent acquisition strategies tailored to diverse roles.
- Ability to conduct research on market trends to inform recruitment strategies and support workforce planning initiatives like succession planning.
- Knowledge of training & development practices to support onboarding and continuous employee growth initiatives.
