We are looking for a Workday Integrations Consultant on a contract basis, They would be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting Workday integrations across HRIS functions. The role partners with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions, ensure data integrity, and provide production support. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in Workday integrations, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Design, develop, configure, and test Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Extend, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, XPath, RaaS, calculated fields, and custom reports.
- Develop complex Document Transformations (DTs) and support payroll interfaces including PECI, PICOF, ERP integrations, and vendor connections such as ADP.
- Create, review, and maintain integration specifications, functional requirements, system configuration, testing scripts, and cutover plans.
- Provide production support including ticket management, triaging, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Participate in business meetings and stakeholder workshops to document requirements and review solution designs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and compliance across all integration activities.
- Lead short- and mid-term integration projects with minimal guidance and exercise independent judgment.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to team members working on Workday integrations and reporting.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Effectively multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
- Bring 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience and 5+ years of experience in HR, Payroll, Integrations, or Reporting domains.
- Have good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration, and Business Process configuration.
- Understanding of data conversion concepts such as Workday iLoads and bulk data loading.
- Working knowledge of BIRT preferred and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Workday certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of all phases of the system development lifecycle including production support.

Pay: $56.03 - $67.47 per hour
