Duties
- Conduct virtual appointments with clients who have already expressed interest in insurance solutions.
- Guide clients toward the best coverage by listening to their needs and explaining their options clearly.
- Rely on a steady stream of high-quality, provided leads — no prospecting required.
- Stay informed on industry updates, product changes, and compliance standards.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching to sharpen your skills and grow professionally.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling and the ability to work from any location.
Skills
- You already hold — or are prepared to obtain — your life insurance license, and we’ll guide you through the process.
- You communicate well, connect easily with others, and naturally build trust.
- You’re motivated to succeed, eager to learn, and open to coaching that helps you grow.
- You’re comfortable with technology and confident meeting clients via Zoom or similar platforms.
- You manage your time well and stay organized, even in a self-directed work environment.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
- You bring professionalism, integrity, and a sincere desire to support clients.
- You have reliable internet access and a computer to work effectively from home.
