We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Francisco, California. This role involves supporting the implementation and optimization of Workday systems, with a focus on integrations, data management, and configuration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement both standard and custom integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Utilize tools such as Workday Studio, APIs, RaaS reports, and file feeds to develop and maintain integrations.
• Lead integration efforts across payroll, benefits, finance, and time tracking systems.
• Manage and execute EIBs, data workbooks, and configuration tasks during system implementation.
• Partner with finance teams to facilitate bi-directional data flows for demographic and time-tracking data.
• Support benefits integrations using the Workday Benefits Connector tool.
• Collaborate on integrations for recruiting, performance, and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data handling and reporting.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for integrations, ensuring system stability post-go-live.
• Provide ongoing support for open enrollment processes and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all integration processes and workflows.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday integrations or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven track record of completing at least one full Workday implementation lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in tools such as Workday Studio, APIs, RaaS reports, and EIBs.
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits, finance, and time tracking systems integration.
• Ability to design and execute custom integrations for various business needs.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of HRIS systems and data management processes.
