Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM & Learning Architect to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and optimization of Workday HCM and Workday Learning solutions.
This role will drive digital HR transformation initiatives and modernize employee experience using AI-enabled capabilities, including Sana UI Cloud enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Serve as Solution Architect for Workday HCM and Workday Learning implementations and enhancements.
- Design scalable, future-ready architecture aligned with HR digital strategy.
- Define governance framework for configuration, reporting, security, and data integrity.
- Lead design workshops and stakeholder advisory sessions.
Workday Learning Architecture
- Architect and configure Workday Learning (campaigns, certifications, blended learning, compliance).
- Design skill-based learning journeys aligned with talent and performance strategies.
- Integrate Learning with Talent, Performance, Succession, and Skills Cloud.
- Define learning analytics and reporting strategy.
Sana UI Cloud Enablement
- Design modern HR & Learning experience layer enhancements.
- Enable AI-driven search, guided workflows, and personalized learning paths.
- Build intelligent UI extensions without compromising Workday core integrity.
Integrations & Technical Leadership
- Architect integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- Integrate Workday with payroll, content providers, and downstream systems.
- Lead release strategy and adoption of new Workday features.
Global & Compliance
- Support multi-country deployments (US, UK, Mexico, India).
- Define global security model and role-based access.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday experience (Core HCM & Learning)
- 3+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership
- At least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations
- Deep expertise in Workday Security and Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
- Strong integration experience (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
- Experience presenting architectural roadmaps to leadership
- Workday Certification in HCM and/or Learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Skills Cloud
- Exposure to AI-enabled HR platforms
- Experience implementing Sana UI Cloud (preferred, not mandatory)
- Agile delivery experience
- HR transformation program experience
