Job Title: Workday Learning Consultant (Implementation & Enhancements)
Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite)
Job Description:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Learning module including design, configuration, and deployment.
Configure learning campaigns, courses, programs, learning paths, certifications, and blended learning solutions within Workday.
Partner with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable functional solutions.
Configure business processes related to learning enrollment, approvals, notifications, assignments, and completions.
Manage learning content setup including SCORM files, external content providers, and integrations where applicable.
Perform security configuration related to learning roles and permissions.
Support reporting needs including custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards for learning analytics.
Execute system testing, regression testing, and provide UAT support.
Drive post-go-live enhancements and continuous improvements.
Provide production support and issue resolution in a client-facing onsite environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
Strong experience in Workday Learning implementations and enhancements.
At least 1–2 full lifecycle Workday implementations.
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.
Experience working in onsite/client-facing roles.
Good to have experience with EIB, integrations, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
