Workday HCM & Learning Architect (Workday Learning + Sana UI Cloud)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Learning Architect with strong expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Learning, and hands-on experience with Sana UI (Cloud UI framework). The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, implementation strategy, and optimization initiatives across Workday HCM and Learning modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture for Workday HCM and Learning solutions
- Design and implement scalable Learning solutions using Sana UI
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Oversee integrations, security configuration, and reporting strategy
- Provide guidance on Workday best practices and optimization
- Support enhancements, tenant strategy, and release management
- Mentor junior consultants and review configurations
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Workday experience
- 3+ years in Workday Learning implementations
- Strong experience with Sana UI (Workday Cloud UI framework)
- Experience in HCM Core, Business Process Framework, Security
- Integration knowledge (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio preferred)
