Partners Professional is currently recruited experienced Compensation Analysts for an opportunity with our client located in NW Atlanta/Battery vicinity. We are seeking individuals with 7+ years of experience that are interested in developing and growing up within this role. Our client is desiring to invest long term, utilizing a pathway they have established to give the selected candidate an opportunity to extend their knowledge and scope of experience. Long term, they will be developing and driving strategy across several key areas as well as gradually taking on more strategic and design-focused responsibilities in the compensation programs.
This position will be On-site most days, and you must live within a comfortable commuting distance. There is no relocation package associated with this role.
Compensation Program Management
- Lead and execute compensation cycles (Merit, MIP) including eligibility, validations, audits ,testing and post cycle support
- Provide Compensation guidance to HRBPs and leadership, including recommendations for offers, promotions, adjustments and risk mitigation
Workday Compensation and Data Governance
- Maintain and update Workday Compensation dashboards, audit tools, job profile data and codes.
- Ensure accuracy of job profiles, compensation grades and job architecture alignment across system
Market Pricing and Job Architecture
- Lead market pricing initiative using survey tools (e.g., Radford and Culpepper) and manage annual survey submissions
- Parter with HRBPs o ensure appropriate leveling and market alignment
- Support job description and job profile standardization efforts, for consistency and alignment.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Progressive experience in compensation, including market pricing, architecture, and administration for annual compensation programs.
- Strong Workday Experience including dashboard, job profile maintenance, audits and governance
- Ability to manage complex compensation cycles
- High level of organization, attention to detail, timeline driven and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Advanced Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insight into recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills and stake-holder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-state manufacturing or corporate HR environment
- Usage of survey providers such as Radford and Culpepper
