- Pay: $55-$65/ Hour (DOE)
- 100% remote but must reside in California
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a technical expert for the Workday platform, ensuring effective configuration, maintenance, and adherence to best practices.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday solutions, including complex enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
- Perform core administrative activities such as security management, business process updates, tenant configuration, and module support across HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements, test system changes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
- Manage Workday release cycles, evaluate system upgrades, and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced user experience.
- Maintain documentation, provide end‑user support and training, and contribute to team knowledge‑sharing to promote consistent standards and best practices.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strength in problem‑solving, customer service, and translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Proven ability to adapt, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while maintaining high‑quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with 5+ years of Workday administration experience across HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Global exposure required, experience in the data center industry preferred.
