We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us attract exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing positions, playing a key part in building high-performing teams that drive our growth.
Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and align strategies with business goals.

Advise on offers, including salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.

Present recruiting strategies, progress, and key hiring metrics to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.

Preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Organize and lead large-scale hiring events to attract and engage top talent across multiple markets.

Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.

Travel up to 25% to support recruitment efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking metrics and delivering presentations.

Ability to work primarily on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Central Standard Time (CST)
Desired Experience:

Experience with recruitment at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Creative sourcing skills and a passion for connecting with candidates in non-traditional ways.

Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, including content management and organizational design.

Experience working cross-departmentally with HR, Marketing, and product-focused teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

3+ years managing all phases of recruitment preferred.

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
