The Talent Acquisition Partner II partners with hiring managers and business leaders to plan and deliver against current and future talent needs while maintaining an exceptional candidate and customer experience. This role leads full-cycle recruiting—research, sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and offer—along with the operational and administrative activities required to execute a high-quality, timely, and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit:

Research, source, evaluate, and select talent across multiple levels and functions.

Own and drive the full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Build, manage, and maintain diverse talent pipelines using market knowledge and creative networking strategies.

Meet service-level agreement (SLA) expectations to ensure a seamless candidate experience and ease of hire for managers and HR partners.

Manage offer negotiations in alignment with business parameters and market conditions.

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing, selection, and hiring practices.
Advise & Lead:

Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders; provide consultative guidance on candidate viability, labor market insights, and acquisition strategies.

Partner with hiring managers to understand and prioritize role requirements; influence talent decisions aligned to business needs.

Communicate, advise, and report on sourcing strategies, market trends, and pipeline health.

Apply sound judgment within defined frameworks; escalate matters outside policy to senior team members as needed.

For customer-facing interactions, develop strong relationships and effectively explain process and technical information to stakeholders.
Innovate & Continuous Learning:

Ensure process integrity and compliance with applicable policies, including those related to export-controlled positions as applicable.

Create and manage effective strategies and processes to identify, assess, and recommend the most qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in screening, sourcing, managing complex offers, and supporting export-controlled positions.

3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, including services roles or similar fast-paced/high-volume environments.

Experience with HR and recruiting tools such as Workday or other ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT).

English proficiency.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $73,000.00 and $109,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
