Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 12 month contract
Location: Remote (Ideally local to Dallas Fort Worth)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST
Start Date: March 23rd
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project or program coordination
- Working knowledge of HR concepts, including:
-Job roles and positions
-Talent models
-Skillset structuring and workforce design
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, and HR systems such as Workday
- Strong organizational, follow‑through, and communication skills
Day to Day:
- Support HR projects from planning through execution, including program plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate business unit rollouts for HR initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed to maintain momentum
- Lead meeting planning, scheduling, and facilitation for HR project workstreams
- Manage action item tracking, follow‑ups, and deadline reminders
- Maintain clear documentation of decisions, next steps, and ownership
- Act as a central point of coordination between Business Leaders, HRBPs, and HR COEs
- Support cross‑functional alignment by keeping workstreams organized and transparent
- Maintain status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and project teams
- Use tools such as Smartsheet, Workday, and Excel to manage data, timelines, and reporting
