Job Title: Senior Reporting Analyst

Our Client is seeking a skilled HR Reporting Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in transforming workforce data into actionable insights, supporting HR leadership, and driving operational excellence through Workday HCM reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire, workforce demographics).
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
- Design and build Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, using advanced reporting tools.
- Communicate complex data in a clear, impactful way that influences decision-making.
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with schedules and deliverables.
- Identify risks, propose alternative approaches, and escalate issues when needed.
- Review and enhance reporting solutions, operationalizing new methods where appropriate.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM Reporting, driving process improvements and technology adoption.
- Run, schedule, and distribute reports, automating processes wherever possible.
- Perform data analysis, resolve integrity issues, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Deliver regular reports and insights to HR leadership and other business partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM reporting experience, including calculated fields.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data, and organizational hierarchies.
- Experience with data governance, auditing, and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience in a global organization preferred.
- Workday Pro certification (Reporting, HCM) is a plus.
