Description
Workday Report Developer with expertise in BIRT, PRISM Analytics, and Workday reporting frameworks supporting HCM and Finance analytics and business insights.
Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.
- Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel-perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs.
- Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting
- Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed.
- Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users.

Requirements
- This is a Remote Position.
- 84 Months of experience working with Workday reporting tools.
- 84 Months of experience working with BIRT reporting (including check design, customer invoices).
- 84 Months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics.
- 84 Months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- 84 Months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data model.
- 84 Months of experience working with data integration concepts (ETL processes, data mapping).
- 84 Months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area.
- 84 Months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBS or integrations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 84 months of experience in working with SQL and data warehousing concepts, security configurations and data governance in Workday.
