Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to diverse roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft), social media management, cold calling, and leveraging ATS platforms like Lever, iCIMS, and Taleo to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and talent evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational needs and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines through effective lead generation, research, and relationship management practices.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on HR sourcing strategies, and support employee orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems (UltiPro, ADP, Kronos) and ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition, HR sourcing tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Experience
- Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in technical recruiting and executive search.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and employment law compliance.
- Experience with social media management for employer branding and candidate outreach is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, Kronos Workforce Central is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively across multiple channels including cold calling and research-based sourcing.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
