Who You’d Be
As a Remote Enrollment Representative, you’ll spend your workday having meaningful conversations with individuals exploring coverage options.
This role is ideal for someone who is:
- Patient and professional
- Comfortable speaking with people throughout the day
- Skilled at simplifying complex information
- Focused on helping others make informed decisions
What the Work Looks Like
You’ll participate in scheduled phone conversations with individuals who have requested information.
Most calls last between 20–45 minutes and typically involve:
- Learning about the individual’s situation and priorities
- Explaining available coverage options clearly
- Answering questions honestly and professionally
- Helping individuals move toward a confident decision
- Documenting notes and preparing for upcoming conversations
Backgrounds That Translate Well
This role is a strong fit for individuals with experience in:
- Teaching or education
- Nursing or healthcare
- Hospitality management
- Customer success or client support
- Social work or counseling
- Retail leadership
- Ministry or community service
- Military service
Any background that developed strong communication and people skills can be valuable in this role.

Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity where consistent representatives regularly earn within the posted range.
