WORKDAY Account Payable Reporting Analyst – Remote for our premier client in
California.
Education And Experience »
- 5+ years of Hands on experience with Workday report writing (advanced reporting, matrix reporting, composite reporting, and calculated fields).
- 5+ years of Hands on experience with Workday Prism Analytics experience is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities »
- Domain knowledge in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable and Finance, or other functional areas supported by Workday is an advantage.
- Exposure to data visualization principles or analytics tools like BigQuery, Looker Studio, Dbt Transformation, Python Scripting, Prefect, Anaconda is a plus.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Workday Supplier Accounts and Procurement and its data architecture
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets, with a keen eye for data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills — able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy practices in reporting and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate cross-functionally.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality reports.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
- Workday certification required in Reporting, Prism Analytics, or relevant functional areas.
