Business Systems Analyst – Workday Core HCM

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Workday Core HCM experience to support the development, configuration, and optimization of HR processes. This role will work under the direction of the Workday Functional Manager and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Responsibilities
• Configure, test, and support Workday HCM business processes, including Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
• Maintain Core HCM data, including supervisory organizations, job profiles, locations, and cost centers.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and related configurations.
• Support data loading, mass updates, and transformations using EIBs.
• Help maintain data accuracy, governance, audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Support downstream integrations and data needs across payroll, benefits, finance, and other teams.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for Workday end users and administrative needs.
• Follow data privacy and security guidelines when handling employee and personal information.
Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, including exposure to a production environment.
• Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM business processes.
• Experience with calculated fields, condition/validation rules, and Workday security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with EIBs, data loading, audits, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of employee data and downstream processes such as payroll and benefits.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Workday HCM certification(s).
• Experience working in a large or global organization.
